Burnside Dental Studio recently became the first Denture Clinic in the UK to host the Candulor Swiss Denture Concept training course.

Ian Lait of Metrodent Ltd; kindly helped facilitate the training course on behalf of Candulor with the help of Pius Obwegeser, Candulors worldwide training instructor for the Swiss Denture Concept.

Peter Meeds Rdt Dip Cdt RCS (Eng) is one of the first UK registered Clinical Dental Technicians to complete both part one and part two of this intensive course.
Part two of the course was completed over 3 days at Burnside Dental Studio, in St.neots, Cambridgeshire, UK, where patients participating received Free Swiss dentures, as a thankyou for their participation.
The Swiss denture Concept is a technique that involves detailed training in both the Clinical and Technical procedures to manufacture complete dentures of exceptional quality.

After recent communication with the Department of Health, Peter Meeds a Clinical Dental Technician and owner of Burnside Dental Studio in St.neots, Cambridgeshire, has received confirmation that Clinical Dental Technicians will soon be able provide NHS services.
Presently Clinical Dental Technicians have to practice Privately.

Ann Keen MP - Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Health, has confirmed that the Lists regulations will be amended this autumn to include Clinical Dental Technicians.

This will provide greater access for dental patients wishing to access the services of Clinical Dental Technicians.
